Villa 7 is located in the Pervolia area, in the outskirts of Chania city and only 3 km away from the centre.
Perivolia preserves its natural environment and still offers the feeling of staying in a small village. There is a traditional tavern, mini market and pharmacy in the area where can be reached on foot from the villa. Other amenities such as larger supermarkets, butcher shop and more are only a short drive away.
The Villa is located between the city of Chania and Agia Marina/Platanias areas which are the entertainment centres during summer season with easy access to everything you might need for your holidays, including a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
In addition, the location of the villa is a great starting point to explore Crete as the national road nearby offers you easy access to the west where you can find some of the most well known beaches in Greece such as Elafonissi or Balos or to the east side of Crete where you can visit the attractive cities of Chania and Rethymno (60 km away). Staying in our villa offers you an opportunity of total relaxation in a quiet and secluded area with being in small distances to living areas at the same time.

The most amazing and famous beaches of Crete
Chrissi Akti and Nea Hora are the closest beaches to the Villa, just 3,5 Km away. Chrissi Akti beach or Golden beach as its known, consists of two sandy beaches separated by some rocks. The west cove is the main Golden Beach whereas the other side is less crowded and organised.
Agioi Apostoloi beach (4km) is a beautiful sandy beach with all amenities and a large parking place nearby, easily accessed. It is not affected by the summer winds. In combination to this, its shallow waters make it ideal for children.
Agia Marina (10 km) is composed by a number of sandy organized beaches which has easy access. A part of Agia Marina is full of small bays while the east side of the place is a long sandy beach which reaches up to neighbouring Stalos settlement.
Additionally in the Akrotiri Peninsula, a 30 minute drive from the villa, you will find several beautiful beaches worth visiting: A fully organized Kalathas beach with clear shallow waters, fine sand and palm trees. Starvos beach with shallow clean waters and a hidden small turquoise lagoon. Organised Loutraki sandy beach with various taverns and beach bars. Marathi sandy beach which has fine sand and shallow calm water, ideal for children.
Furthermore, on the west of Crete you will find some of the most amazing and famous beaches of Crete and Greece such as Falasarna and Elafonisi.
